    is it possible insert two (or more) opt-in check box with two different texts?

    Hi Simona,

    Are you trying to insert two (or more) opt-in check boxes for the same form? If so, this is not possible – each form can only have one checkbox, with one text field. If you make two different forms, however, you can customize the text for each form.
