Total QTY in cart triggers separate QTY item discounts

We would like to know if this plugin can handle the following scenario: The retail store gives discounts based on quantity of items for each specific product. T-shirts are $5 for 0-5 quantity and $4.00 for 6-10 quantity and $3 for 11-15. Slippers are $8 for 0-5, $7.00 for 6-10, $6 for 11-15. However, the discount is also applied when the total quantity in the cart reaches those thresholds. So if the customer orders 3 t-shirts and 3 slippers (6 total products) the discounted price of $4.00 is now applied to the t-shirt price and $7 for the slippers.
