Direct Download Issue

    Hi,

    After my PDF downloads, the page is stuck (you see the wheel spinning)…
    It never reaches the confirmation page…

    How can I fix this?

    Hi. We had a bug with the direct download, it has been fixed in version 2.1.6+

    Hi,

    Note that now the download doesn’t even start. It goes straight through to the confirmation page.
    Only when I return to the form page, the certificate is being downloaded and presented to me.

    I’m using the Old version until you fix this ??
