This indicates some issues with your domain’s SSL certificate. I would recommend that you contact your SSL certificate provider and ask them to take a closer look. They should be able to help.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi @jeherve, I spoke to my domain provider (GoDaddy) they said that my SSL cerrificates are fine because the port (443) is open for communication.

I am getting this error after the new update.

Can you please help me in resolving this ASAP. It is really crucial for my site right now.

    Thanks

While your site is accessible via the 443 port, we are not able to negociate a connection from our servers, and instead receive the error you see in your dashboard.

Could you tell me more about your SSL certificate? Did you install it yourself, or was it installed for you by GoDaddy through one of their offers?

I bought my SSL from Godaddy. I have used jetpack before without any problems.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!
