Modification of classes on the image tag

Hi there,

I’ve modified the plugin to allow classes to be added to the image tag (in versions of WordPress that are 4.2 or above).

Do you mind merging my pull request so that this becomes part of the plugin? https://github.com/wp-plugins/nix-gravatar-cache/pull/2
