Very good and useful tool for Customer Support

  • Easy to customize, at least the most important options. AddOns are useful and well integrated, even if a little bit expensive. The free version has enough power to cover the needs of a quite all SMBs and maybe grester Companies too. The documentation is anyway could be much better.
