Network Error when generate packingslip & invoice

  • dear,

    a few days ago, i move my website to dedicated server, after move completed.. i try generate packing slip & invoice, but failed (loading very long time and timeout)

    check status tab, everything oke (greenbar)

    after doing some test, i found packingslip generate success for short address (_shipping_address_1)
    but for normal address fail to generate

    example short address :
    jl.kayu besar dalam RT 002/011, no 27,

    example normal address :
    Komplex PTB Duren Sawit Timur Blok O4 No.10, RT 02 RW 08, Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta

    please help

    Hi!
    Is this with the default Simple template or with a modified template?
    Right now I can’t think of any reason why the long address would break this. Could you post a screenshot of the template output with the short address too?
