Posting articles from another site

  • Hi – I’m really new at this, so please excuse my naiveity.

    I’m starting a blog to chronicle the articles I write – many of which are posted other websites as editorial content. What would be the best way to present them? Can I embed them in a post some how or would it be best to just link to them? How do I do any of this.

  • It depends on your “contract” with the other websites. You should contact them that you’re building your own “online portfolio” and that you’ll be “reprinting” your old articles in your own website. You can add at the top or bottom of such articles, “Originally published in this website (with link back to the article).” Msin issue: duplicate content.
