Links don’t work in post notification feature due to minor bug

Thanks this plugin works great, I particularly like the post notification feature.

I am using version 3.7 and I have an issue with the post notification feature. The ###POSTLINK-ONLY###, ###POSTLINK-WITHTITLE### and ###POSTLINK### don’t work.

The problem is in elp_prepare_notification(), where it says $post_link = get_permalink(22);
Looks like this is a hardcoded value remaining from dev testing? If you change 22 to $post_id it works just fine.
