• Hello,

When i upload and set a featured image, it takes the same size as the original. Neither WordPress nor my theme crop them to make them all equal in size in my postings and makes them look nice. So sometimes i have big featured images and sometimes small. Thats not nice at all, it looks messy. So now i have to manually resize them first before i upload, which i dont like.

Is there a option, or plugin, that can fix this and gets me steady size featured images in my postings?

    Thanks!

  • You may want to try Regenerate thumbnails, I dont have experience with the plug in but I have heard it makes copies of the image to the sizes your theme needs, hope that helps

Thank you Remedy. I did install the plugin and let it generate all the images. But i dont see any difference. What is the plugin exactly doing? And what if im uploading a new image? Do i have to generate every time after i upload a new image? Thanks!
