SL not working anymore on one specific page

    Hello there

    I’m using your plugin for a long time now and it worked fine all the time. Now i’ve checked several pictures and came upon one site where the lightbox doesn’t seem to work anymore: https://www.kids-of-africa.com/helfen-sie-mit/einzelspenden/

    Do you have any idea why? It happens only on this site and on the translation of it.

    Hi, are you using any functionality from a plugin or theme that may affect the content of the page (e.g. page builders, shortcodes, etc.)? If so, please provide additional details, including a link to the plugin/theme.

    Also, please provide a link to a page where SLB is working on the site so that I can look for any potential differences.

    Hi, I think the same thing perspires me. If I publish without template it works, but if I use template it does not. I need it to work inside a template, what can be happening?

    Hi @vanvans, I would recommend checking to ensure the template meets SLB’s requirements. If it doesn’t, contact the theme’s developer to request that they update the template to use standard WordPress template tags.

    If you continue to experience this issue please create a ticket at SLB’s official support forum so that your specific issue can be fully evaluated.
