    For nearly 3 weeks this plugin has not worked. I receive the error message:Dropbox Backup wasn’t created. PCLZIP_ERR_READ_OPEN_FAIL (-2) : Unable to open file ‘/home/content/03/7679903/html/wp-content/plugins/hello.php_sucuribackup.1336792800’ in binary read mode
    Support has been extremely slow and so far not helpful because problem still exist. How do I get a refund?

    Hello,

    It’s means, that backup plugin has found binary file “hello.php_sucuribackup.1336792800” on you website hosting. Such files, in most cases, contains viruses or some malicious code.
    We strongly suggest you to exclude this and other such files from your backup.
    As you can see in this “error message” the file was found at this path: /home/content/03/7679903/html/wp-content/plugins/
    (It is the root folder of all your plugins)

    Update our plugin up to 1.4.7.3 version, to make exclusion files and folders possible.
    In the latest version of our plugin (1.4.7.3) we have added the feature for exclusion of files and folders from backup.
    Due some technical problem with update on WordPress you can see the version of our plugin like 1.4.7.2, but actually this is 1.4.7.3 version.

    Please, perform the following steps:
    1. Deactivate and deinstall our plugin, then install it again from WordPress.
    2. After new installation of Dropbox plugin from WordPress, open the plugin page at your admin-dashboard.
    3. Go to “Settings” and click on link “Folder and files” (on the bottom in settings).
    4. Uncheck the correspondent folders and files, which you don’t want to backup.
    5. Start backup process by clicking backup button.

    You need just exclude the file ‘/home/content/03/7679903/html/wp-content/plugins/hello.php_sucuribackup.1336792800’ from your backup.
