Can’t Review Product

    I have installed the plugin and added the sort code to a product page to test it out. All I see is this on the page that I added the short code:

    “Either the reviews are pending or there are no reviews at all!”

    There is no way to actually leave a review on the page. Here is a link to the page:

    Also, is there a way to moderate or approve the reviews before they are published on the page?

    thanks for using the plugin. You are seeing the message “Either the reviews are pending or there are no reviews at all!”

    because there are no reviews present on any product. Or if present, then those reviews are not PUBLISHED.

    I saw your site and there were no reviews present at the moment.

    This plugin shows the reviews (if present and set to published) using a shortcode and you can control which reviews to display and which to not using the include and exclude parameters.

    So this plugin doesn’t allow people to publish a review, it simply displays existing reviews?

    Yes thats correct. It only display existing reviews.
