Were you using a different ecommerce plugin before switching to WooCommerce ?

Hello Lorro and Riaan, the shop url is https://www.viguetapretensada.com.ar/productos/ (the page have a [products] code). Then I created 2 pages more (productos-2 and tienda) to probe that te code works and yes, works fine (https://www.viguetapretensada.com.ar/tienda/ and https://www.viguetapretensada.com.ar/productos-2/) but I need that the page of the shop be “productos”.

Now, “cart” https://www.viguetapretensada.com.ar/cart/ doesn’t show data anymore.

Go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display sub-page, and set the Shop page dropdown to your “Productos” page. This page should not have the [products] shortcode on it.

The cart page is working now so looks like you have been able to fix that.

Hello, actually, before writing to this forum, I noticed that what you say is fine: Dashboard> WooCommerce> Settings> Products tab> the Shop page isr “Products”. And that page has a [products] shortcode on it. This is why I wrote, apparently everything is well configured, but it is not shown anyway …

The shop page should not have a [products] shortcode on it. No WooCommerce shortcode is needed on the shop page.

The [products] shortcode can be used on another page which is not the shop page.

I have tried for days and I do not find the solution, it has deleted the default page “store” for a long time and instead had created a new one with the short code [products]. Now, after the update of the plugin, I have created several new pages with the short code and does not work any, I do not know what the problem is. How can I do to return the plugin to what it brings by default ?? Including the shop page?

You would need to delete the plugin on Dashboard > Plugins. Deleting a plugin is supposed to remove all settings. Just deactivating won’t delete settings.

Before deleting the WooCommerce plugin, you could try deleting the Shop page, Cart page, Checkout page and My-account page. Empty the bin. Then go to:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status > Tools tab, and click “Install pages”. This should make 4 fresh WooCommerce pages.

The Shop page does not have a shortcode on it. The other 3 do.

With problems like this, you should deactivate all other plugins (not delete) and switch to the default theme, 2016 or Storefront. With your setup now as simple as it can be, you have more chance of getting it working. Then put back your theme and plugins one-by-one and test.
