    Hello,

I would like to ask whether there is any info on if the plugin will support Ninja Forms submissions? I have the newest versions of both plugins and they seem not to be compatible. Despite CFDB having the option to include the Ninja forms submissions.

    Thank you.
    Ivan

Yes. The plugin page lists all the form integrations.

    Hello,
I am sorry to bother you, but I am having an issue on WordPress 4.6.1 using Ninja Forms 3.0.16 and CFDB 2.10.26

CFDB works really well with CF7 but doesn’t seem to “record” ninja forms entries.

Is there anything that I could have missed in settings?
In “Capture form submissions from these plugins” Ninja Forms is set to “Yes”, is there any other parameter that could interfere?

    Thank you ??

Yes, I am having the same problem. On the list of form integration Michael pointed to there is Ninja Forms. However this plugin does not record the entries from Ninja Forms at all.

It should just work. I don’t see any issue on my site. I assume you have on the CFDB Options page, Ninja form integration set to “true”. That’s the default.

Try creating a simple form with just one text field. Preview the form and submit it. On the CFDB page, does that form name appear with an entry?

Hi Michael, thanks for your help:
I have NinjaForms set to true (on options page, in the list below Capture form submissions from these plugins).

I created a simple testform with one single textfield and one submit button.

I tried submitting some string through the form in Preview mode (as I understood from your message) with no luck, then did the same string submission after publishing the form to front end.

Nothing is saved in the db, therefore nothing more is added on the CFDB page in wp backend: I checked wp_cf7dbplugin_submits and I only have the test records done through CM7.

One thing sounds strange to me in my MySql though:
    I have 3 entries in wp_cf7dbplugin_st and only 2 in wp_cf7dbplugin_submits

Is it safe to clear both table contents from phpmyadmin to “reset” everything?
Do you have any other suggestion to hunt this down?

    Thank you heaps ??

You can clear both of those tables to reset. The entry count in wp_cf7dbplugin_st does not matter. However I doubt that will fix the problem.

In the CFDB Options page, System tab, there is an entry where you can set a output file for error messages. Please set that to a new file that you will be able to access, try a submission again, and see if there is any output there.

You were right, resetting the tables didn’t solve the problem but it was worth a try ??

I created an empty file and gave it permission 777 to avoid writing issues, then I placed its absolute path in the System tab and tried submitting the form again.
    The file remains empty.
Should it write something even if there is no error? (just to make sure that the output is working)

I tried placing an email address in the same field as well, but I get no email.

Ninja Forms is working because I receive an email for each submission and it records the submission in its own page

    Thank you

I am experiencing the same. Form saves to Ninja Forms, but not to Contact Form DB. This is my current configuration:

Has anyone had any luck with this? I’m having the same issues. Fresh install of all three plugins. CF7 is captured fine, but Ninja Forms doesn’t capture.

I have the same issue, had to revert back to ninja forms 2.9 to get cfdb to capture the submissions. Would be great if yu could get this to work

I wonder if forms created prior to version 3.0 work but those created after do not. I have the latest Ninja and the forms work but I created them a long time ago. I’ll have to check that out and get back to you.

    Any news on this subject?
