Riddled with problems!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this plugin is currently not acceptable. Let me run through the issues:

• The plugin is filled with spelling errors in the backend, literally there’s at least half a dozen. Not very professional looking.
• The popup form is not clickable, and hidden behind a white fade element that doesn’t seem to transition out fully, leaving the form inaccessible
• The popup form does not have good positioning, is extremely large without custom styling and may run right off into your footer, depending on theme. Not a very compact or inline modal form design.
• Neither form on two of my testing installations would send the email, whether via popup or inline. It left a spinning loader symbol</li?
• No emails were sent after fiddling with different settings
• LACK OF SUPPORT – look at the support threads, none of them have answers! Watch out

Console shows that when trying to use the form, the following occurs:
Cannot set property 'innerHTML' of null

Overall this plugin seems riddled with issues, on two installations. Trying a different plugin.
