Hi ! I’ve been using this plugin since a few years ago , and I have never encountered a problem like this.

usually when i upload new images to my post , the files will automatically compressed by this plugin , but i dont know why , after several weeks all the new uploaded images not compressed automatically even though Automatic smushing is enabled.

    Hi @gissagiswara,

    What hosting service you’re on?

Do you see the stats when you refresh the Media Library page?

    Cheers

    Seeing the same thing.

As far as refreshing the Media Library goes, I refresh, click on an image and get the “Smush Now” button…I click it, get the “Smushing Image” prompt THEN I get the smushed stats.

Even though Automatic Smushing is enabled, I still had to “Bulk Smush” thru the WP Smush admin. The plugin was installed before I even made my first post.

    It’s currently not auto-smushing.
