Opt-in email

    Hi,
    I’ve created 3 different lists for different kind of funnels, but when a user subscribes to one list received the same confirmation email that he has received at the starting point. Is there a possibility to create different confirmation email for every list?

  • Hi,

    Unfortunately a confirmation email will be the same for every list and there’s now way to change it. It’s a confirmation email to join a newsletter, not a list.

    Hope this makes sense.

    What a pity, I believe that a user can feel confused if he has to click on the exact same email to sign up to a new list.
    Anyway thanks for answering me.
