remove grey box on front page?

  • How do I remove the box and post information on the front page? I looked everywhere and find no place to delete it.

    Working in Firefox on 2015 Macbook Pro.

    The area underneath the header image. I can find no way to reach the grey area and I do not want a blog post beneath it, rather just a static line of text.

    I know I sound like a novice, but this is not my first rodeo…

    Hello @artistwoman,
    Add the following code to custom CSS-
    #content {
    display: none;
    }

    It should hide the post box and other content.

    Can you please also share the URL of your site. Sometimes, it gets very convenient to provide a solution when you observe the issue live on the site.
