In my table settings, I have enabled horizontal scrolling, but when I view the page that contains my table, there is no scrolling. The entire table shows and it extends beyond the containing div. Comparing it to your demos, it looks like it’s not adding the wrapper divs around the table..any idea what’s going on?

Table can be found here: https://www.homesalarm.com/test-page/

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

There are multiple JS errors reported on your page, coming from a problem like this: https://tablepress.org/faq/js-functions-not-working/

That said, I’d recommend to use the scroll mode that the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/ offers. It’s easier to use here and more reliable.

    Regards,
    Tobias

Will the scroll mode you recommend work in conjunction with the fixed columns extension? I need to fix the first 2 columns.

By the way thanks so much for the quick response!

    Hi,

no, then the scroll mode and the Responsive Tables Extension will not help. The Fixed Columns Extension should be sufficient.
You’ll however have to fix those JS issues first, to make things work. That is, you will have to find out what’s loading that old and outdated copy of the jQuery JS library from the Google CDN.

    Regards,
    Tobias
