Custom AMP solution ideas

Has anyone discovered any efficient solutions for adding AMP templates to your existing site? I’m not talking about automated plugins, like the primary plugin people reference that only convert your post template.
Imagine a site with 5 templates (home, service, staff bio, contact, and default). Now imagine a typical website with a common page hierarchy. Now we want to create amp versions of each of these templates, and have the WordPress site understand:
https://www.website.com/about/ (using the default template)
https://www.website.com/about/amp/ (using the default amp template)
https://www.website.com/about/john-doe/ (using the staff bio template)
https://www.website.com/about/john-doe/amp/ (using the staff bio amp template).What have others done to accomplish this?
