Set charset to UTF-8

    Hi

    After using this plugin it seems my emails are returning funny characters. I believe the charset needs to be set to utf-8.

    $phpmailer->CharSet = 'UTF-8';

    Could this change be applied? Or perhaps allow it to be set in the options page.
