    This is my first time attempting a WordPress install, when I go to run the install files, I get the following message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_admin() in /home3/bmlg/public_html/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 110

    Does anybody know how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated.

    I managed to fix it. Very silly error, but if someone else is getting the error, it is very easy to fix. I just forgot to include the PHP tags in the wp-config file.
