Category slider not shown after refresh browser

    Hi, I need a help here to solve my category slider on the homepage. When I was not login to my wp, and open up my blog, the category slider was always not shown.

    But when i was login, the category slider seems normal. I don’t know if this happen just because any conflict with another plugin i use (nextgen gallery). I tried to googling but could’t find any answer to solve this problem. Also, I’ve tried to apply dupermag as the child-theme, but the problem still exist.

    I’ve tried to open supermag demo site, it look so well, without any problem on category slider.

    Can you explain to me how to solve this? I’m not an expert to do the html or css, but i can do a simple thing. Thank you.

    Even when i open up on mobile, the menu was gone. I forgot to mention this on my first post above.

    I’ve already open a new thread on supermag forum too.

    I wish anyone can help me to solve the problem please…

    Thank you so much for using our theme. As per your questions it seems that it’t due to the plugin conflicts. Would you please check once by deactivating the installed plugin one by one and check it. If our demo is working fine, then you need to check your site once and please check your issues with multiple browsers as well.

    Hi… I have tried to access my blog through another browser but its still has the same problem.

    I think i found a problem. When i turn off the the gallery plugin i’ve used, the main category slider shown up, even when i was not logging into my wp dashboard.

    Anyway, thank you so much for your respond and suggestion.
