click tracking buddypress ampersand

Hi,
I’ve just installed Sendgrid and everything appears great apart from click tracking breaks the unsubscribe links at the bottom of the BuddyPress emails.
Without click tracking:-
https://<myurl>/?action=unsubscribe&nh=<token>&nt=messages-unread&uid=18with click tracking:-
https://<myurl>/#038;nh=<token>&nt=messages-unread&uid=18it’s stripping out the initial ?action=unsubscribe and then adding unnecessary #038; after each ampersand.
