Wish I could search here as the answer is probably buried somewhere, but here goes….

I control widget visibility with the “Widget Visibility” plugin (I can change this no problem if another is recommended).

The event details page I need to hide latest news, archived news and tags and only show your widget with the up and coming events.

How do I achieve this as I see no option for the event details page when show/hiding a widget?

I have even tried creating the custom template page, but still how do I only get the event widget to show?

    Any recommendations?

    KEVIN

I have tried a few plugins, none worked as they didn’t recognise the events post category so could not control show/hide visibility.

Then found Custom Sidebars plugin, this recognised the post type “Events” so now we seem to be working as required!

Can’t post site as on local development server, but if you think this is the wrong or right way to do what I needed please let me know?
