Statcounter calls me a spammer? Are there other options?

I have Statcounter on a few sites and was thinking about putting it in my blog.
I made a post on the Statcounter forum then I went back later to login and the forum stopped me saying I was a spammer and that I will never be allowed back on to the forum.

I sent the powers to be an email but they have not answered me.

The funny thing is that I probably send 2, 3, 4 emails a week and they’re calling me a spammer, what a hoot!

I use google analytics and its OK it just doesn’t give me the details about where my visitors are from that I want.

So my questions are
1. Has anyone ever had this problem with statcounter?

2. I know of statcounter, google analytics and hitlens are there any other counters that are good?
