Feature Request: Move from “Plugins” to “Tools”

    could you please move the plugin page in the WordPress admin from “Plugins” to “Tools”? Thanks.

    I don’t have any major objection to this, other than that all the other users are used to having it where it is, and will suddenly find that it has moved. Is there any reason in particular why it matters?
