Limiting Posts to Specific Category on Front Page

Hi I love this Infinite Theme, but there is only one thing I need to do I can’t figure out how to do. The front page lists every post from every category. How can I exclude a Category or Limit the front page to one category. Any help in the correct direction for this would be most appreciated
