    I am able to activate the plugin and select a list, but the sync has been stuck at “In Progress” for over a week.

    Here are the versions I’m using:

    WordPress: 4.6.1
    WooCommerce: 2.4.8
    PHP: 5.6
    Mailchimp for WooCommerce: 1.0.6

It would be great if the MailChimp support team could take a look at the connected MailChimp account as well. To dig in, could you please reach out to the MailChimp technical support team from within your MailChimp account?     In that email could you please include a link to this forum post as well as the following details:

    – The theme you’re currently using on your page.
    – How many records are you attempting to sync?
    – Is the integration otherwise working as expected? For example, do new customers make it into MailChimp or are abandoned carts working as they should?
    – Are there any specific email addresses that are not syncing to your list as expected? If so, what are those specific email addresses?

    Seems to have the same issue. 17 600 orders with status completed. Is that the information the plugin is trying to sync? In progress has been the status for 15 minutes now.

For this type of error, it would be helpful for the MailChimp support team to take a look at the specific connected MailChimp account as well. Could you please also reach out to MailChimp’s Support from within your MailChimp account?     When you start up that support ticket, can you provide them with a link to this forum post, as well as:

    – A link to your site
    – The version of MySQL installed
    – Any specific email addresses that are not syncing as intended
    – Is the plugin otherwise working? (Are new customers making it to your MailChimp list?)
    – I see that you noted that 17 600 records have synced thus far – what is the total number of records (orders/subscribers) are you expecting to sync?

    I am having the same issue. Mailchimp support was of no help and said that I would have to “hire” an outside person to see if I could get a plug-in that worked. SO FRUSTRATING!! Anyone have any other ideas?

    I believe the API Sync and the plugin needs an overview. You really don’t know whats going on or if your store is hooked up or not. I’d like to go back to my stage env to do more testing but that does not seem to work. API/Plugin/MC gets confused or something.

    More info in the back-end whats online/in-sync. Ways to to unhook the line. Re-sync, force re-sync. Status bars, green/red lights or whatever. Takes to much time to create support tickets etc.

    17 600 orders has status completed in WC. NONE is probably synced since my list is empty in Mailchimp.

    @equusport I’m sorry to hear that! I might open up an additional support ticket and add a link to this forum post if you do not hear back again from a MailChimp support agent. That may help speed along the trouble shooting process on their end.
