Updating reviews

  • Hi,

    I have a new review on google maps yet the plugin doesn’t show it yet, are the reviews updated every so often, if so how often? and if not how do I pull in the latest reviews.

    Hi Sorry for the delay we were not getting these emails. Google API only returns 5 reviews each time it is called and they are not always news ones, the plugin stores the reviews and handles duplicate suppression so over time the reviews will grow. You can make some reviews sticky in the plugin if they are pulled and you want to focus on certain reviews.
