RSS widget: link at title

Hi!

Introduction:

The RSS widget backend has several textbox inputs. The feed URL and an optional title. It’s supposed that visitors should see the rss icon and the title both pointing to the provided url.

Bug:

The title link always points, wrongly, to the ROOT of the site.

Our ask:

Even when the url will be set to the icon and also to the title we would prefer/like to see another input box at the backend for title link due to our special needs.
