How to show title and description?

I am trying this plugin.
I config: WP Tiles -> Byline Content -> BYLINE TEMPLATE :

%title%
%content%

And add images in my page: Add Media -> Create Gallery -> Upload images and define content:
Title: My title
Caption: My Caption
Description: My description

But when I reload my page and focus a image, it only show content of caption: “My Caption”.
How to show tile and description?
