user role change to editor possible?

    hi, thanks for this great plugin – just easy to use.
    would it be possible to set the user role capabilities from

    if( ! current_user_can( 'manage_options' )
    to
    if( ! current_user_can( 'delete_private_pages' )

    also it would be a great addition to have the possibility of choosing the role (admin, editor) from the plugin admin interface.
