making a file easily downloadable

  • I have some large MP3 files that I want to make available for easy download from my site. Basically I want the user to be able to click on the file name and then have it start downloading right away from my server. Does anyone know the best way to go about doing this?

    I’m using the Mandigo theme BTW.
