Buddydrive – public files not visible to site members

  • I have just created a new wordpress install and installed Buddydrive and Buddypress.
    As admin I created a public folder then upload a file.

    I then created a user at the subscribe level.
    I then logged in as that user and went to BuddyDrive page.

    The file/folder that I created as admin is not visible.

    I have this issue on my main site which is the reason I am testing on a fresh wordpress install with no plugins.
