Good, but… still render-blocking by jquery

Thanks for plugin, but according to G Page Speed Insight, I’m still getting render-blocking due to

https://mysite.com/…-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4

any suggestion on how to defer this? (not sure about if it is needed by theme above fold)
