    Trying to block an IP, I get the message:

    “An error occurred

    The IP address 139.59.26.85 is whitelisted and can’t be blocked or it is in a range of internal IP addresses that Wordfence does not block. You can remove this IP from the whitelist on the Wordfence options page.”

    This IP is NOT in my whitelist, not a local host, or wordpress, or wordfence any idea why I would get this message?

    Also: the following ar in whitelisted 404 URLs bu t I didn’t put them there can anyone explain?
    /favicon.ico
    /apple-touch-icon*.png
    /*@2x.png
    /browserconfig.xml

    Hi jkream,
    This IP belongs to a website monitoring service called “StatusCake”, we whitelist their IPs by default, also these entries you mentioned in “Whitelisted 404 URLs” are added by default because many browsers ask for these resources even if they are not listed on your website.

    Thanks.
