Help!! I lost my access to the dashboard

I’m so stupid… I was in my dashboard and was changing some things and changed the location of my wordpress blog. Now when I try to login I get the dreaded “page can not be found”.

I changed the wordpress location from https://kimberlypoole.us/blog to just https://kimberlypoole.us. Don’t ask me why but I just did. But now how do I get back to change it back????

Someone please help. I need to get back up and running and promise not to change another thing!!! Thanks to those who will take the time to respond!!
