• I used the “grant access” feature button in the edit order screen to give access to some downloadable products that were not in the customer’s original order. I then re-sent the order complete email to him. But he said that there were no download links for those products I granted him access to. I’m using a customize email plugin for WooCommerce emails from CodeCanyon, so I don’t know if that’s causing the problem, but is that normal behavior?

I would think that the download links should be included in the order complete email if I grant access to downloadable products. Can anyone shed light on this? Or do I need to first add those products to the customer’s order, and then grant access to them?

Hi, posted this about a week ago with no reply. I checked with the email customizer plugin people and it seems the problem is not their plugin, they said “Our plugin creates the templates as default WooCommerce does, and we just give styling power over that” Can you advise on this issue?
