Featured Images not showing

  • Hi there,

    I use Athena free template, have had no issues for over a year, now suddenly my featured images do not display.

    They are all still there in my admin section, no issues which i can see, but when i preview or visit the site they are not visible. when i write click over where they would be there is no image selected, they just aren’t there at all.

    I haven’t altered any codes, made any changes to anything, haven’t installed any new plug-ins, only thing i have done is update my plugins WordPress and theme.

    Have tried deactivating plug ins, removing and replacing images…. nothing works, any advice?

    Can you try removing the Contact Form widget that asks for Song Requests? There seems to be some sort of javascript error showing up on Chrome’s DevTools related to that widget. I wonder if the javascript error is preventing your other javascript from executing.

    You’re welcome. The only problem now seems to be that the top menu is white on white on all of your sub pages, so it doesn’t show up. It’s really weird, I tried Athena on my test site and the menus are the same way. Very bad coding.

    Try adding this CSS rule using a Custom CSS plugin (don’t edit the theme’s files directly):

    
.page .site-header {
    background-color: #1b1b1b;
}

    This will affect all pages other than your home page.
