Breaks other CF7 extension plugins

Not sure if this is a known issue for anyone else, but it appears that this plugin breaks two other plugins I’m using:

Frontend Registration – Contact Form 7 & Contact Form 7 – Success Page Redirects

However, another plugin works perfectly:

Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields

I tested by deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the most recent wordpress theme.

If anyone has a solution for getting these plugins to work together, I’ve love to hear it.
