Vebra API v10

  • My client received the following email from Vebra today – are you aware of this?

    Dear Web Developer,

    We are pleased to advise we have released a new version of the WEB XML API, Client Feed Export (API) v10.

    The release includes:

    New values that are unique for lettings properties (residential and commercial) which are included in the propstatus element.
    File type 6 is now included to reference “full details”.
    Addition of new rmqualifier value 16.
    Addition of new software field within the reference element.

    If you are using an API version pre V9 we strongly suggest you upgrade to the latest version of the software to benefit from all the additional features included.

    The updates are not going to have an impact on the vast number of Vebra users. We have just released a new plugin though (see the notice in the details now) that includes all the version 10 updates and alot of other improvements, but I am sure this one will be relevent for some years to come. Unfortunately we have had to make the decision to go commercial as people just don’t donate and it is too much work for us to keep up with support and API changes and still feed our families. see https://www.wppropertyfeed.co.uk
