So, I have a website that has a lot of blocking css and js. I would like to install this plugin. But if it doesn’t work and I delete the plugin will my website function as it was before I installed the plugin?

Yes, the plugin does not modify the original website. When deactivated or uninstalled, the website is restored to its original state without the plugin.
