    Hi,

    I bought your very expensive plugin yesterday and sent you already 3 messages with no answer regarding the issue I have although I bought it to do highlight on the sidebar current category item and parent category of the post and it does not work.

    Except on Global category page, nothing more than the free version. So it sounds very bad experience to me.

    Thank you to answer me before I ask PayPal for a complete refund.

    Hello,
    3 hours is an unrealistic time frame to expect a support response, especially at 4 am our time.
    Because you chose to file a claim with PayPal after 3 hours of no response you will receive no support until the claim is resolved.
    Furthermore we are disappointed to have to spend our time dealing with a claim instead of answering your support request.

    This is not a 3 hours expected time for answering. You did not answer any of my messages from yesterday and today which are extremely basic. If you want to sell worldwide, organize yourself!

    Your present answer here is forwarded to PayPal in order to close quickly this deal.

    55 USD for a so shitty support and product which do not do the minimum of what it is supposed to do…. Welcome in the real world sir.
