Hi – I am inserting shortcodes into the Shortcodes widget but they are still not parsing in the edit view. The only way I can see the parsed shortcode is by viewing the page with Elementor turned off.

I’ve tried default WP shortcodes and 3rd party shortcodes (e.g. Gravity Forms).

Here’s a screenshot so you can see what I mean: https://take.ms/q4mZ0

    What am I missing?

Happy to give logins if you’d like to take a look.

Just for understanding, what is mean “default WP shortcodes”, did you try a default gallery shortcode like [gallery ids="X,X,X"]?

    Yes that’s right @arielk-1.

However, now it seems to be working! I have no idea why. I’ve not changed anything. I literally haven’t touched the site since I posted my support message earlier. The shortcodes are now being parsed in the Elementor editor view.

Hmmm. I’ll keep an eye on it and report back if it happens again.

    Thanks for your help.
