Pull only 5, 4 and 3 star reviews

    Hi,

    Some people put negative reviews on Amazon and naturally, we don’t want that showing up on our website. Is there a way to pull only 5,4 and 3 star reviews from Amazon?

    Hello, sixfootjames.

    The plugin relies on Amazon’s Product Advertising API, which pulls all reviews. As of right now, there’s no way to limit the reviews to specific ratings.

    I’m also looking for this. If the API doesn’t support it I don’t suppose you could could parse the results and filter out certain star ratings?

    Hello, hybridE4t.

    Thanks for using ScrapeAZon and thanks for the question. It is my understanding that parsing of the reviews by the plugin would be a violation of the Amazon Product Advertising API ToS. That’s why the plugin uses the iFrame URL the API returns to display the reviews instead of directly parsing them.
