SQL Database Error on Update

  • Just want to let you know that when I updated to the latest version I got the following message:

    WordPress database error: [Duplicate column name ‘save_source_url’]
    ALTER TABLE wp_chained_quizzes ADD save_source_url TINYINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT 0

    Though the plugin was reactivated successfully.

    Thanks for letting me know. I can’t see what could be causing it, but shouldn’t stop the plugin from working anyway.
