    Hi,

The error console on your site indicates there’s a missing API key. Please make sure you’ve followed all the steps in the tutorial, including the troubleshooting tips.

I tried to delete the last API key and create a new one, using your documentation, but still not working.

    What can I do ?

Can you post a link to your site?

The error console for that page is showing the problem is there’s no Maps API Key set or being used.

Have you tried leaving “Accept requests from these HTTP referrers” blank?

    I tried now, but unsuccessfully.
If you have got a video updated to this year about how to set API Keys with this plugin, I would be glad to see what’s wrong with.

What do you have your Key restriction set to?

    Thread Starter Mago7891

    (@mago7891)

No I have not restrictions for the API Key

    (@mago7891)

Now I have not restrictions for the API Key

Do you mean it’s set to None or that the domain is blank?

    Thread Starter Mago7891

    (@mago7891)

    Now it’s set on “None”

Try setting it to HTTP referrers (web sites) but leaving Accept requests from these HTTP referrers (web sites) .

    (@mago7891)

I have tried it now, but if I don’t write anything, it sets up automatically on “None”.

It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    (@mago7891)

Thank you for your time, but I am done with that.
I prefered deactivate the map and going on.

There is no even absolutely support from programmers of this plugin because I have created this ticket one week ago and still don’t response.

    So awful experience.
