Nice plugin, but buggy and poor support!

The idea of the plugin is good, even the integration works fine. BUT: It’s buggy. There are plenty of small bugs that make your life harder. I tried to report some of the buugs, but the support response times are quite long and the responses themselves do not help (either support requests are misunderstood, or they provide workarounds for bugs, or they to not reply at all).
I first considered buying a license, but at the current point in time I wouldn’t recommend that! I don’t think that this plugin “survives”.
